    "clean" mobile duck prepaid

When buying mobile duck 365-days prepaid card places like SSP street market it seems numbers are sold/ public and will be lot of spam calls even number is new one.

If buying full price one from Chinamobile would there still come spam calls? How about buying CSL or other operator 365-days prepaid or any other way get "clean" card without spam?

Callers just call all numbers with a number scanner. Nothing to do with new or old or full price or half price cards.

I got last year a new phone from work and haven’t shared that number with anyone (I only use it for email and Teams) but still get calls every day (which obviously I don’t pick up)

Surprised you have a mobile number with 3 .. that is a landline and Dedicated / VoIP number range... i.e lots of scammers use them these days.

Numbers prefixes and ranges are available from OFCA. Spammers also have access. It only requires a script or robocalling software for them to run through number ranges with automated calls.
