Does anyone know what would be the easiest way to get a local number in Macau which can be redirected to a number in Hong Kong?
Skype unfortunately does not have a solution and number of google searches do not seem to give me anything worthwhile.

The easiest would be to go over there, buy a prepaid SIM and call forward it.
Doesn't really scale though if you are expecting a non-trivial number of calls.

Yeah, call volume could be very unpredictable. But good idea .. let me see if we can buy a Macau Sim in HK at the Ferry terminal.
