You can find the authorised repairer at the bottom of the page (Telecom Digital)

Apple Hong Kong - Partners - Service Center

best way to get best results ( even if you have no warranty) complain directly to a top manager in apple if you know that problem is a manufacturer defect, works wonders, a little bit of search on the net for names, and trail and error on suffix on emails may yeild great results!!

That is the address that the 3 tech support people gave me when I phoned on Monday. I just called their number and listened to the recording of their address and it's the one above. I guess I'll find out tonight

I'm at Mongkok now. It's the 3 repairer. They don't open the phones up here in Honk Kong so if it's hardware they will replace my son's, whose touch screen doesn't work. They won't replace my cracked phone 'because it still works'. I argued that they were not 'scratches' but cracks and said I would write and complain to Apple. Pretty crappy.

Let us know how you go. I wonder if the non-3 service center has a different attitude.

for manufacturer defects it's not how you complain or how frequent you complain, it's who you complain to

... and how persistent you are. It took me a week to get my phone replaced.
