First time I'm hearing of something called a super smart phone.

its just a marketing term/jargon

just like when use V6/8/10/12 to hype a car's performance on paper (actually does not represent anything to do with car's performance just that the cyninders are arranged in a v formation)

or the 16bits/32bits/64bits/128bits jargon used on advertising to represent performance of a video games console
