    Failure rate of iPhones.

What is the failure rate of these phones? It seems to me that 50% of the posts are people having probably hardware relatedproblems with them or have failed all together.

Had mine for almost two years now, only ever locked up about 4 times.
Mines used a heck of a lot though and is never switched off.

Had a couple of iPhones and apart from the one that died in my washing machine I have had no hardware problems. Quite a few colleagues have iPhones too and I have not heard any complaints.

Seems like many people who have had their iPhones break don't want to post in here or remember the pain.

I don't see else is complaining about their Blackberry, Nokia, SE or what ever else breaking.

So Fenix your post is aimed at Iphone Bashing huh?
And your 50% figure. Where did you get that from?

As regards to Nokias there's plenty of people with issues with them especially the N Series.

Or you are just wrong in thinking they are unreliable? If they did have significant problems, it is unlikely they would have become the best selling smart-phone (maybe best selling phone?) of all time. Over 41 million units shipped by the end of 2009.
