    With "just fine" you mean stable HD quality? So with a router with dns it's not a problem to stream Netflix/HBO Go I assume you mean?

    HD streaming is works, but I'd say 80 percent as stable as a Roku.

    If you're running everything thru a router you should be fine. Individual device thru a vpn or dns and then streaming into chromecast will not work.

    Related question: has anyone replaced a pccw router with their own for vpn purposes? I have the 300 service and it's fiber in to their Huawei excuse of a router.

    I stream fine through a DNS.

    Yes, because your entire network runs through a vpn set up router level.

    It is incredibly convenient for people to use, especially with non-latin texts. You can play videos, music, etc from a laptop, tablet, or phone, no need to be limited by pointing a clunky remote at a box.
