    HK$600 for a third party tv stand is not expensive, just a fixed wall bracket plus installation cost will be this amount or more, unless you do it yourself, fixed wall bracket are not very good in one aspect as the cables are located behind the bracket on 3 sides and thus plugging new equipment is difficult, ie, one or two people holding tv, another dismount and plug in cable

    a swivable one is best,but expect to pay HK$300 ( if u know where to get it cheap for decent one) to HK$700, plus HK$400-500 installation cost

    Look along Ap Liu Street between Kwei Lin and Nam Cheong Street, there are some shops that sell lot's of brackets for mounting TV's. Can't miss them as they typically display them at the entrance.
