TVB with English Subtitles

Dear all,

Is it possible to watch TVB Dramas with English Subtitles? Do you know if the station offers such service? I find it useful as learning technique and struggle to find online alternatives.

If there was a premium service that offered this, I would be interested

TVB Jade has English subtitles for certain programs. I watch the Mon-Fri/Sat 8.30pm and 9.30pm dramas on Jade HD - both have English subtitles!

thanks so much rsndl. I will try it tonight with the girlfriends parents. Saves them from having to translate every sentence for me. Will give it ago.

you have to go to the options screen of your TV, change system setting, default the subtitles to english, then it works, note, that you can't have both english and chinese subtitles at the same time

on some tv's , you have may to change the options menu to english and the subtitles change to english

also note, that there is a subtitles button on your remote (on or off only, the language is on the options menu on your tv)

Thank you both for the help. I can confirm that there are English subtitles . It willy help me a lot but also bring me closer to the family after dinner . Cheers
