Any WoW classic players?

Hey, I just started playing WoW classic with a few colleagues and was wondering if anyone else is playing in Hong Kong? We are currently playing on US servers (no idea why.... colleagues chose), but have realised it is very difficult to align playing times with the US time zone. I would have preferred EU servers but I guess too late now. I don't suppose there are any players on US servers? Would hope to raid in the future once hit 60 so I imagine would be possible given the time zones.

I'll probably check out dragonflight once it's released. I tried shadowlands for a few months and didn't quite like it.

It really depends on what times you want to play.

Oceanic Servers (Australian Time Zones) are closer to HK times. US Servers are also popular especially if you prefer English, but the only issue is the time difference.

When WOW first came out, I used to raid on US servers at 6am Hong Kong time

If you want regular raids join an active guild within High/Full population servers.

ahhaha same here. I still play it once in a coupe of years to get an update on the story. Total time /played on my my chars is like 120+ days....... I always wonder what would have happened if I spent all those hours on something more productive.

same, I basically felt like I lost a year (this was back in 2006) because of WoW. Worked my way up into the elite raiding guild of my server. If I recall correctly we were the first guild on our server to take down C'Thun.

Ended up getting banned from the server for kiting some big boss (forget the name but he gets stronger the more player he kills) into Stormwind. Turns out it was the best thing that could happen to me as it freed me from the game albeit unwillingly.

Still a big fan of Hearthstone however.

we were in the second top clan on the server, that was hard work. I got banned for saying a bad joke on the general chat, gm are snowflakes.
