No it's not available. It's a pre-booking, to which a big bunch joined. I have ticket 10,000-something on that waiting list. So far there's literally zero updates since they put that website up.

Yeah. I only play Civ on my big ass gaming laptop nowadays and am still holding on to my xbox live gold membership though i've not played online for >1 year....

I guess for me, gaming should be something I enjoy and that chills me out and playing COD which i'm no longer good at and being wasted super fast just doesnt do it for me any more.

Yeah I never was too much of an online gamer. Story-strong games such as TLOU and similar are much better for me, and I still enjoy some crazy Uncharted shootings, but most of them depend on some basic solo skills, not competing against others online. I think the Deck would be awesome for some relaxing while waiting for planes and so on.

Well seems some shops are starting to pop up having it in HK by now. Grey import, no warranty, and a rather inflated price...But they seem to be here now. Let's see if Komodo makes good on their promise of having them by this year (I mean, only one month left by now). If nothing else I guess I can go get them at a local shop later on.

    Have fun.

I've been thinking about one of those windows based ones eg Aya Neo. It could replace my current travelling 'laptop' which is about 5 years old now, if I bring along a portable monitor/keyboard/ mouse.

Hmmm provided you can also hook it to a monitor. I don't think a 720p tiny display is going to be useful/efficient for work. I wouldn't see myself working from the display of a Nintendo Switch unless truly desperate. Probably good for movies, though.

EDIT: They seem to have a giveaway starting soon, but won't include Asia.
