Hi jayinhongkong, sorry for taking a while to respond. I was making some final arrangement with the cable company and getting the slingbox. I expect to it to be running soon. Can I see your channel lineup? Furthermore, does yours come with a DVR?

there is another solution. folks at my office download english language shows with chinese subtitles off BT.
