Really, i am soo miffed by the customer support at Now Tv. We lost cable/internet connection a month ago and we have had 10 technicians visit us till now, all in vain. ( they do not care if you have a full time job or not, they want you to be home at their convenience else the next available appointment is a week later).

Finally the genuises realize that the problem is with not with the modem or the lines but the decoder, seriously after a month!

I call up their tech support telling them not to deduct from auto-pay and they refuse. I am at my wits end, how do i contact THE guy ( i do not mean Richard Li)?
