The other reason that it won't get eradicated is that racial profiling is useful for the organisations that employ it - and while that is true it's hard to not apply a quick "80:20" rule and treat everyone as an individual!

Probably not, we're all different and differences will always cause problems. Even if you eradicated that part you have to also eradicate the victim syndrome that people display when they don't get what they want and wish to blame it on something or someone other than themselves.

Yes, but with this sort of mindset/attitude, it wouldn't matter where this type of person lived, geographically, they'll always have something, or someone, to blame/fault.
