Find someone you trust who's going there anyway and send it with them in cash.

If the amount is not over the limit:
HSBC ATM cards can withdraw HKD free of charge in Macau. No need to carry cash.
I have accounts in HSBC Hong Kong and Macau and can remit free of charge (premier).

Are you sure about the HSBC no fees? When I was in Macau 1 month ago I withdrew $2000hkd from my HSBC HK account and they charged me a $20hkd fee.

i checked bank of china... they provide 1 day remittance service for $100 service chg. but the person at macau need to be boc account holder.

You could try UAEXchange or WesternUnion in WorldWidePlaza in central. A friend of mine had sent money through them to macau through them as I remember.
