which bank for Time Deposit account :HSBC or SCB or HS? plz advice

Though the interest rate is low, i've been thinking to switch to Time Deposit account from the usual Saving a/c...Like they say '' Grow your Money''. But i'm confused about choosing the bank confused:. The existing saving account is Hang Seng's.

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome..

I think most banks are running some sort of promotion this month for higher time deposit rate, you just need to shop around. Unless you are the top tier client, I don't think service/product offering would differ substantially in any of these big banks.
