Opening a local Hong Kong bank account for Scheme 6000

I live in Australia and want to open a local Hong Kong bank account here. Can anyone tell me which bank (that participates in Scheme 6000) has the lowest service charge for opening a local Hong Kong bank account? Any ABCs on here?
