    Anyone Know Why......

28th May is a currency holiday for HKD but does not appear to be a public holiday on the calendars?

Days when it's not possible for trades in that currency to be settled.

In forex trading they are days in which there are no settlements of transactions made prior to that.

I know what it is but I changed my mind about playing along with the "joke".

Claire, you must have missed when this Trebor fella also came out with this... something 'bout no hookers in his ol' home town, or else he would have known.

    Sharp one, indeed.

Emmie i think you will find that i proved that point to be true.

So why dont you just answer the question, currency holidays usually coincide with public holidays. Why does it not on this occasion?

If its a stupid question it should be easy to give a straight answer rather than waste your time on the search function for previous posts of mine.
