Company formation - Bank account - Merchant account

    Hi,

I have alreday ecommerce websites in USA but we want to open a company in HK soon and make new ecommerce websites on this company.

    My questions :

-What is the best company to open a limited company in HK? i mean not a scam for foreigners
-What is the best bank to open an account (we will not have a visa to work in HK)
-Do you know the best merchant solution in HK to accept payment from all over the world?
-On which website can i find a little office for my company?
-The best accountant for my business in HK?

Thank you for your help (and sorry for my bad english)

If you already have a website in USA, why do you need a company in HK? You must already have a merchant account for your website, why same cannot be used in HK?
Buying a company and opening a bank account will cost about US1,200/ and take about 24 hours.
Getting a merchant account, is quite difficult for web business. HK Banks are not willing to provide such a service to new customers.

Thank you for your answer, first because we don't have the Visa to launch another company in USA with not the same percentage of shares (we are 2 partners) so we have to launch a company in HK to make a new structure.

We cant use the US merchant account with another company so we have to find a new one, someone knows if Moneybookers works in HK?

    Thank you

    Visa

I think some one is pulling your leg. In USA you can own as many companies as you want. My friends & I living in Hong Kong, own companies in USA, where we are 100% shareholder and directors. We do not stay in USA.
Why do you want another company? What exactly are you selling on your website?

I have used A-swiss.com for company formation, bank account opening and book keeping and am happy to recommend them. I cannot comment on your other issues but I'm sure they could.

Question about Hong Kong Bank Secrecy

    I have a new question:

I am Brazilian, and I have a company in HK. This company has a Director and an Owner that is not myself. I am the finalbeneficial Owner. I was said that, among the HK legislators, my name will neverappear, however when the bank account was opened, they got a copy of mypassport, and I have signed a document saying that I am the real and finalbeneficial owner.

This company has made a loan to a companyin Brazil. Brazilian Authorities realized that this is an atypical operation. After a denounce by a person in Brazil, theFederal Police in Brazil decided to check if I have or not an account, once I am wiring money from and to Brazil.
They realized that everything was ok, BUT they made a final question:

Using the legal and diplomatic channels, try to receive the following information:

. Who is the Beneficial Owner of theaccount who sent the money?

. Who is the Bank Operator of that account?

    My question is:
. What is the chance that my name willappear in this request?
Can someone help me to this answer?
