My family of 2 adults and 2 kids have had 3 health insurance providers in the last 3 years (my company can't make up their minds):
- BUPA
- William Russell
- Allianz
Bupa was fantastic, direct billing with lots of HK doctors, no questions asked on claims, etc. William Russell were a pain in the ass, kept emailing me and questioning with a lot of stupid questions even a simple doctors visit to see if the condition was pre-existing etc and basically trying to worm out of everything (but they did pay up in the end, was just annoying). Allianz I have only just got in the last month, haven't made any claims yet but looks professional, the benefits look great, they have a cool android/ios app so if you don't have direct billing and need to pay upfront you just take a photo of the receipt with the app and they reimburse you within a couple of days. So looks alright. Sorry I have no idea about Integra.
