Hi all
Just noticed the Dah Sing One+ Credit card here
Dah Sing Bank, Limited - Personal - Credit Card - Card Information - Generic Card - Dah Sing ONE+ Credit Card
Seems good as its offering 1% unlimited 'money back' rebate on purchases. Does someone has experience using the card
- what does 1% 'money back' mean? They seem to have put it in quotes in their TOC so thats confusing to me
- they say 1% for retail purchases and auto top up? What does retail purchases include for Hong Kong? For e.g. if I pay online for shopping, or some sort of fees (say visa fees or online membership of a club or ticket) - does that constitute retail spend?
Also in general I see most cards in HKG offering asia miles. I am not a heavy traveller and don't like using miles. How can i convert asia miles to cash? I see asia miles have tied up with 'moneyback' https://www.asiamiles.com/am/en/rede...sion/moneyback
I can't undertand clearly what they say there - do the terms mean I need to first accumulate 4000 A miles, then another 8000 A miles before I can use in blocks of 1000 miles each? If so thats a lot of miles to accumulate upfront
What else can a person do using Asia miles if not travelling much?
