Credit Card Promotion for Tax Payment for 2017 and 2018

Got the tax demand letter from IRD for final payment for 2017 and provisional tax for 2018

Are there any good upcoming credit card promotions to pay this amount and sign up to ?

I know Citi and SC usually do that but didn't notice anything recent
