Search '2019 tax loans', '2018 tax loans' and there is a lot of information on these forums I wont repeat again in this thread. But now is the best time of year to get a cheap loan and you can get APR less than 2% which is amazing. But I only found out about these loans after living here for 7 years and became a PR. I'm not sure if the offers are just as attractive for non-PR's on employment visa's. Maybe you can try and let us know.

Not interested in tax loans. What I’m interested in is one person who’s actually done this. Can’t find any info online, hence trying this forum.

The bar is low for tax loans, cheaper rates, and you can use the money for anything. This is why people talk about tax loans.

You can get a personal loan, but for non-PR the max value and tenure of the loan will be lower than advertised.
