Paying Citibank Credit Card while overseas

Hi everyone, just had a nightmare today with my citibank accounts. Background is that i'm currently outside HK and can't access the address the account is attached to (no one can, i've left my HK property vacant at the moment and i'm the only one with keys to the place).

I noticed some fraudulent transactions so had my credit card blocked. To get a replacement credit card, I needed to update my address to a friend's HK address so that they can then forward me the replacement card. However in the process of doing this on Citibank online, my token decided to stop working, thereby blocking me out of Citibank online as well. The only way to unblock Citibank online is to use my ATM card pin, which I do not know as I don't use the card (I only use the account to transfer funds between CItibank accounts in different countries).

Anyway, my question is how do I pay my Citibank credit card while overseas without access to Citibank online and with my credit card currently cancelled. Does Citibank attach an account number to credit cards that I can transfer into from overseas?

Of course the easiest way is to call them and ask which I have done but so far been going around circles with the different departments. Now waiting for a call back from another department once they figure out how I can pay my credit card from overseas.

To buy some time. Try and ask Citi for a few days extension and get the name of the person you are speaking to. I've done this once many years ago.

Then ask a friend in HK to settle the balance through a Citi ATM or online transfer indicating your account/card number.

I'm sure you can do it yourself from an overseas bank account, you'll have to ask Citi
