Anyone using Construction Bank of China?

For the conservative slot, I am planning to open an account with Construction Bank and put some money in time deposit. Any comments about this bank?

They are generally fine, but unless the interest rate is significantly above other banks I don't think I would go to the bother of opening an account with them.
