Health insurance

Can someone reccommend a good/reliable insurance broker to meet with me & go through options for personal medical insurance. I'm self-employed & never had private insurance, but getting older & want to cover myself now. On Hong Kong Island or maybe can do Kowloon area too. TIA

Drop the guys at CCW a line.. might be able to help you. But do your own due diligence, including getting direct quotes from say Manulife, AXA, BUPA etc.

Don't buy anything fancy.. just the basics which cover hospitalisation and give you the flexibility to add say critical illness either.

In general I've found the cheapest way forward is to have a very high deductible - which you should be able cover out of pocket without having to take a second mortgage on your home. Around 20-40K HKD.
