Adding Wise (TransferWise) as payee on Citibank account

Ok, so I set up a Wise account, in order to transfer money I need to send them money on their Citibank account. I got an account number that is 8 digits long, but one I try to add it on my citibank account it wont let me use it.
I know they also provide bank code (006) and branch code (391). Not sure what to do, I will call their customer service later, but if someone know what is going on, that would be great!

The last time I used Wise (June), their account was with DBS. Bank code 016 and then a 12 digit number. I had no problems setting this up. Did they change their bank to Citibank now, or they have a few different accounts?

Last time I used Wise (several months ago) it was a DBS account.

Edit: ah, just opened my wise account. I see they have changed bank accounts.

Ok just did a trial transfer on the Wise app.

    I am getting Citibank N.A. 006

Account number 39191315328 which clearly is a 12 digit account number.

They have this notice when I open the app, so they definitely changed their HKD bank account:

when using wise, did they impose a limit of HK$8000 per transaction?

Have you tried checking this yourself by creating a test transfer?

And where would this limit come from, it certainly didn't exist a couple years ago.

Not used Wise since last year but no limits in my experience. I've sent innthe region of $300,000 at a time. $8000 limit would make the service pointless. Something not right there.

Have you checked you're set up with the right Citi entity? When I did it, I remember needing to select a different entity from the standard local Citi bank and code

Hey everyone! Did anyone find a solution to this? I am having the same problem as well adding the new Wise payee details on my Citibank app. Thanks!
