    No, they're there for all the 583 forms you have to fill up and fax to get approved for ePayments.

    And the results of the exploration will be faxed ...

    If FPS allowed full disclosure of the name of the payer (not just a few letters and lots of ****) and longer textual note to be attached it could work. But as of now, it would be a nightmare to track down whose payment is whose.

    Forcing people to write a note in the relevant text box would help because people often forget to do so.
