So what do you have to do when the Mox app says your application is unsuccessful? Go visit SC in person? All I want is the credit card.

Probably a case of following the FT thread still
https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/cath...2-onwards.html
I think so far cards which I would continue to use in 2025 are
HangSeng MMPower - current set of rebates valid till December 2025
Aeon Wakuwaku - current set of rebates valid till April 2025
PrimeCredit Wewa EarnMore - current set of rebates valid till March 2025
since i dont really use the amex platinum benefits much anymore, I should give this up and change to something else. my amex points i always just move to CX anyways so maybe i should just stump for the stan-chart cards instead...
I cant really be bothered to 'min max' and change all the time. just move to one that is 'decent' and stick to it. the amex benefits have really gone down since i joined and i dont go to the US much anymore.
It runs from now but until 28 February 2025, so I'll put this here...
The HSBC Red Hot Winter Rewards scheme for this year is now out. It seems like you need to look on the Reward+ app on your phone to get an individualised offer (although from what I read on FlyerTalk, many people got the same offer as me, which had thresholds of HK$39 and HK$78K for the two tiers). Up to $1000 in extra Reward Cash is available, $850 of it on all HSBC HK credit cards except EveryMile, and the extra $150 only if you use the HSBC Visa Signature.
However, I've not yet seen anything on the 2025 Rewards of Your Choice scheme, so until it is confirmed that it will be the same as previous years then I won't be adjusting my spending patterns quite yet.

Global dining is 2K, Travel Credit is 2K or may be 2.5K ..
Not too sure about travel insurance - have not checked prices recently was a bit more than 1K per person..
Anyways .. if like the person who posted above, you don't use the various benefits it's not worth it.
(Forgot .. they recently added a 30% credit to online streaming...)
