Hello does anyone know of any good printers in Hong Kong where they speak English and value for money?

You could try eprint, their prices are quite reasonable and you can order online. They deliver locally in Hong Kong.

If you are around Central/SheungWan, try the area where Queens Road, Bonham Strand and Wellington Street meets. Quiet a few of them there, mostly on Wellington Street and Bonham Strand. I believe they can handle simple english!
