    You might want to drop in on the Startup Monday meetings at the BootHK - Hong Kong Startup, Maker, and Cowork Community - Home Every Monday various techies and entrepreneurs get together to discuss tech and small business in Hong Kong. You'd likely find many possible partners there, or drop by the Boot co-working offices during the week and see who you meet.
