Does anyone know a guy or a company who can create an online store, and a simple CMS using wordpress ?

In case you can't find anything local, I used Elance a couple of times in the past. You list your project with requirements, and then people make 'bids' what they would do for you and what they would charge. You can post it in the online shop categories... kinda like ebay.

Not sure if it's still good these days, my last experience dates back to 2006 or so.

We use big cartel to host our online store - Big Cartel - Simple shopping cart for artists, designers, bands, record labels, jewelry, crafters It's a very easy to use CMS system and you could have your store up and running by the end of today! If you have 5 products or less it's totally free. Depending on what you are planning to do, this might be a good option to test the market before spending money on a personalised solution. Driving new customers to your site can be the biggest challenge.
