    Residential Courier Service without Surcharge

    Hi,

Does anyone know any couriers that do not add surcharge to prices for residential address? I need to ship items to customers across HK, and most likely they use residential address.

    Thanks,
    J

I looked up their rates. It's not bad for residential delivery. Never tried them before though.

    Is something wrong with them?

    Thanks

yeah.. alot of the couriers ask for surcharges to residential addresses.. and add more for new territories.. perhaps the most economical is HK Post.. but I need COD.. Can't see HK Post collecting COD for me. My customers pay on delivery (I think HK ppl prefer this way)..

In that case, yes, hire a delivery person.

Thanks for the info! It looks like a good company! $15 for collecting money is a bit steep for my company, as I sell ink cartridges and laser toners, which has low margin.

    Thanks,
    J
