The minimum by law is 7. Usually I see 20-25 days for manager roles both local and expat staff. Not that we always get to use them all.

Consulting, top management 20 days pa. Our new grads start on 10 and it ratchets up with seniority.

Your best bet may be to scour some job websites looking for holiday details.

Unless one of the universities has a research paper on the subject, it would be difficult to get a good, broad analysis.

From what I've seen most local graduates start with 10 days per annum - give or take one or two. Experienced managers get 20 to 25.

In the education sector many teachers will get a LOT more days than this.
