Ta-Q-Bin/Yamato: Monthly Service Contract Terminations

I received an email yesterday from Yamato that my account is terminated. My account is not small at all. It was the last account to be terminated for my area. The two staff that come for pick-ups told us they have zero pick-ups for this area now. It seems like Yamato is exiting courier service for Hong Kong. Highly doubt anyone would use delivery service that costs more than $120. That's double of every courier service available. As more accounts are closed, they're left with nothing to do. It's either they lay off their staff or revamp their strategy immediately.

    Thanks shri.

We are giving more orders to S.F. Too bad, we really like yamato's service and their front line staff is super nice.

The SF delivery services are unfortunately quite fragmented.
@hellojello - from how they've crashed and burnt the market and their customers, doubt people will be in a rush to sign up for their revamped services, if any. They'd have to seriously discount for us to go back to them, even from their original discounted / bulk rates.
