I received an email yesterday from Yamato that my account is terminated. My account is not small at all. It was the last account to be terminated for my area. The two staff that come for pick-ups told us they have zero pick-ups for this area now. It seems like Yamato is exiting courier service for Hong Kong. Highly doubt anyone would use delivery service that costs more than $120. That's double of every courier service available. As more accounts are closed, they're left with nothing to do. It's either they lay off their staff or revamp their strategy immediately.
