Thanks for sharing the video. I have seen a similar video like that, but I didn’t know that those people are social worker.

Let me dig some more information of the social worker.

One thing to take note is that people will only pay if the work is absolutely a challenge where they can't do themselves. It would be absolute filth.

Totally agree with you. This is why I want to run this business because I always feel so excited to help people who are in need for a declutter.

This is the AD and service fee.. I haven't completed yet. I still need to go over and over again to finalize the service and description.

My questions is.... Would it be fair and a smart move to separate the hourly and flat rate service fees for public housing and private housing families? So, I have a higher increase of getting more clients.

    For example:

    Public Housing - $100/hr
    - $1,500/Package

    Private Housing -
    $200/hr
    - $3,000/Package

Thank you for stopping by .

Found this interesting article while looking for a business / person who did this a few years ago on the Southside. (Will post the article if I find it..)

Was going to suggest that you also consider that you might want to partner with someone who can help with some redoration (space saving furniture / organisational thingys / brightening up the room etc) services to complement and provide a longer term solution than a one time clean up.

Thanks for sharing. I am aware of the person Orange Tam, and I contacted her a while ago. I was thinking to partner with her. At the end, we are competitors. We’re having almost the same business concept.

That sounds like another great idea from you. I have been planning to work with real estate, public/private housing estate, indoor designer etc. to have an access of residence who can benefit my business.
