Executor of BVI co grant, beneficiary disclaim inheritance

I'm appointed executor of a BVI co. Before even applying for the grant or probate, I already know one of the beneficiaries will disclaim/reject her portion of the inheritance. I have the following questions:

    1. What's the name of this legal document?
    2. In what stage should I contact with this beneficiary in order to file the proper paperwork?
    3. Is there a deadline or probate stage that this document needs to be filed?

I don’t want to divert your intriguing questions but I’d be interested as to why the disclaim is happening (maybe after you get answers). I’d be happy to step in their place)

BVI grant of probate is expensive and slow. The quote will make your eyes water. I would try to transfer the company another way if there are directors remaining.

What are legal examples of other ways?
