    Landlords can't and won't reduce rents (in a significant manner) as that is tied to their estimated property's worth. Weird I know but it's easier for a landlord to argue his 3 year empty place is worth $30MM because it used to rent out for 250K a month than to say it's worth 30MM when it only rents out for 100K.

    National Security has the reverse effect on Business Security. This is what happens when HK has the "smartest" dude calling the shots and bring in business with all his foreign visits along with his wife.
