Retail Shop in Kowloon

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to get a sense of what the shop rents are in Kowloon. I am looking to open a small boutique shop in Kowloon in and around T.S.T.

Also do you know of any sites where these rents are posted or does one have to go through a local agent....if yes, any suggestions!

Local agents, magazines. TST is very expensive on ground floor.

You also have a wide choice of shopping malls from Cke to Miramar, Habour City to new developments like K11 and whatever the name of place opposite Cke is, and the really tiny malls along Granville Road.

Or you can ask the local shopowner if you can rent some space from him?Business is poor these days,extra income does not hurt/
