Employee Leasing in Guangzhou, China

I am considering outsourcing some of my software development to China, but I would like to have my own loyal staff rather than paying a consulting firm as a contractor. I also don't want to start a China company for the purpose of software development at this time. I have a HK limited company.

Does anyone know of a good employee leasing company in Guangzhou, Panyu or Foshan that can help me find software programmers and IT related persons?

I prefer Guangzhou because there is a greater chance that the leased employee can speak Cantonese.

I know a guy with a company of what he says are good and loyal folks in Zuhai who have been with him for quite awhile. He runs a company here in HK selling software solutions as well as some other product/service to SMEs.

IT Specialist-- Our IT specialists have solid R&D experience in ERP and CRM systems. The most senior Programmers have 7 solid years program development experience whilst the juniors have at least 3 years experience. Our IT Team members are proficient in JAVA, Dot.Net, Ruby on Rais, C++, C#. They are all knowledge in both Windows and Linux platforms to do the development.


He is an honest local guy, in 30s, who has told me about his company there and he says they have a good IT and have been with him a long time. Long and China are usually an oxymoron it seems.
