I am looking for a designer/artist to help with my new business.
Possibly a student.
What should I pay?
Is there a student forum in Hong Kong?
It will be helping me design a print for a product and possibly help with my logo etc
I have an idea of what I want but I am not an artist/designer so can't translate my idea to paper.
