I am well up on every property I own in HK. Meanwhile borrowing costs are at record lows, and my rentals are all at the highest I have had them. So for me, things are looking pretty good right now...
I think you need to update the chart for last week.

Thanks for sharing this website. This is really helpful in getting historical data

BTW I am surprised to see few blue, I see prices going further down.

By the way on a related note, some of you asked me to let you know when I sold the various shares I bought a month or so ago. I sold all over the last week and made around 430k. Will let u know when I rebuy. I'm hoping for another dip now.

Imagine you were a troll pretending to be rich... would you talk about such small sums of money?

If we want to read about people losing/ winning this kind of cash we could just log into a poker forum and read the low-mid stakes threads. Personally I read the high stakes ones. Randy is kind of cute telling us all about his little investments.

It was summed up well in the post just before mine:
Yeah it was HKD. Im not saying it was a huge amount. But it is nevertheless a nice amount and a decent return for a month on the amount I invested. I posted up a snapshot of what I bought on another thread a while back. I can have a quite a few nice holidays on what I made.

As for the jealous guy, if you don't like my posts why are you even bothering to read or reply to my posts? Go and hang out with the occupy protesters in the public area under HSBC. U will probably fit in better there.
