Boundary laws are obviously an issue in villages. Anyone know a property lawyer who is familiar with these arrangements?

Is the air really cleaner there?

Hey there, you can go to SaiKung district land office and order an Lot index plan to be printed, it will anwser your question about village house boundary.

As for air, we live in Clear Water Bay for few years by now, it's absolutely cleaner, very enjoyable area. We love it.

    Good luck!

Thanks, Lammarite - appreciate your note.

Yes - we know this. We have put so much of our time into our hard copy magazine and new SK Directory & Map that we've fallen down on the website. We are actually just near the end of compiling that hard copy directory (up to 560+ entries) of businesses in SK/CWB area and it will include a map of SK town in the back pocket. It'll be published in October and available all over town (and further afield) at $60.

At the same time - we're totally updating our website and will have it all online as well.

    So....stay tuned.

    Cheers!
    Judy
ps. why aren't you "SaiKungite" instead of "Lammarite"

4-5 million for a new place or what? Sea View? I guess that price for Clear Water Bay is ok. Depending on age and how nice it is.

I think even 4-5 million is low at the moment.. let me know if you know reasonable village houses for this price..
