    This is a good site run by fxcm, one of the online dealers who have an office in HK. Their information is up to date and you can trade mini accounts (10K minilots).
    Another good source for research is Deutsche Bank who also have a hong kong office and do online trading but only with full lots (100K) which might be too much to get started.
    Suggest you open a demo account and see if you how you do over say 6months. If you don't lose money you will be in a small minority.

    I have a demo account with oanda and made 2.4 mio out of 100000 in 6 years.
    With real money I suffered a margin call that cost me 86% of the initially deposited amount. But I have multiplied the remaining 14% by 23 in the same timeframe.
