    I think the biggest problem in growing organics here is getting people to care about organics, and fighting the people who fraudulently claim they have organic crops. In the US, it is a highly regulated industry with lots of oversight. Here, not so much. I'm sure China has a lot of "organic" crops. Just type the name on it...

    There's money to be made yes

    The other day I bought a jar of organic pickled cabbage from a HK farm and I paid $80!

    Was really good but I'm making my own at home instead for a lot less.

    Perhaps most locals would equate healthy = not from China
