    Hong Kong gravesites for investment

Who would have thought that you can buy and sell gravesites.

Anyone interested in buying a gravesite in Shatin?

    Good investment potential.

    Location and price please.

Never owned a grave before - this could be the next greatest thing.

HK $250,000 next to Shatin home centre. The size is Chinese style to fit ashes only.

Gravesites are limited in supply and already bought in the prime areas. These sites have good feng shui so people buy them for their families for good luck.

This is space for an urn with ashes. Currently not a rental market but considering they have been going up in value there is potential in the future depending on demand. Usually people buy and sell them.

Is it completed? Can we go and have a look? Do they have all the paperwork?
