    Pretty good! Now he can go get an extra egg tart!
    Just put your house into a business reg and when you sell you dont need to worry about stamp duty...

    Only if it was done before the SSD was introduced. Anyone doing it now pays the SSD regardless.

    Only once... Still may be worth it as it will make the property more appealing to a certain buyer.

    Tax minimisation should be encouraged. Private citizens spend money better than governments do.

    It is not about the amount of the tax take but who avoids what.

    Tax should be fair and equitable.

    Surely most avoidance is done by the super rich while the middle class get clobbered.
