One car park, one car! Is that legal?

    @shri your building is OLD and Special and wilson that is running the car park like you said probably made a deal with the company to park as many cars/bikes as possible, wilson probably got a good deal out of it or if they refused be left with empty spaces with no money coming in.

    Not all car parks will agree to these, majority will laugh at you when you ask "is it ok for me to park my motor bike in front of my car and only pay 1 fee for both" LOL

    Let us know. If there is a way around it then I'll buy up some motorcycle parking spaces and park my car.

    I think someone would have done it already if legal as you can buy 3 motorcycle parking spaces for less than a tenth of the cost of one car parking space.

    Management fee is considerably lower on motorcycle car parking spaces too.

    I park my car and two bicycles on my car park - no issue so far (dude next to me has a car and a bike).
    Been like that for 3 years.
    Older car park somewhat and NT - if that's any relevant.
    Am sure there are some kinda of law but frankly never ever thought of checking this. Now parking four bikes on a car park is a different story.
