Commercial property agent on the island

Just got served notice to vacate our offices and quickly. Need to hunt down for some office space.

Cheap is good, industrial building is cool, prefer to be on the Island.
We are in Wanchai today but I'm pretty sure that will be out of our budget so thinking about industrial buildings in CauswayBay, Western District or ChaiWan/ShauKeiWan.Quarry Bay areas.

Anyone has a decent agent to recommend before I hit the pavement to look locally ?

We've also used Landscope in the past - they have good coverage. Was about a 7-8 years ago. Switched to a local WCH guy who has been super helpful over the years to me and a bunch of others I have sent to him.

Never mind - just noticed that landscope has merged with Christies and they don't do offices / commercial anymore.
