    This is different from normal discounts offered by developers on listed prices.
    This reduction is on listed priced with earlier discounts being the same.

    shri, remember a few months ago, I had dissected a full week of transactions and my - totally personal - conclusion was that the weekly datas at the individual estates level are meaningless because made of far too few transactions to be statistically significant.
    Like Mei Foo Sun Chuen down 11% while The Arch is up 8%... I think the weekly datas are too lumpy.
    I think these estate datas would be more useful if provided monthly rather than weekly.
