Investors in mad scramble for margin loans as US$1.12b Good Doctor IPO lights up market | South China Morning Post
Seems to be a lot of margin lending going on with this deal. Sign of a bubble or just standard HK practice?

Chinese news says that it is subscribed 653x or something like that. Higher than China Literature.
Why is this company so desired?
Ticks a lot of boxes:
1) is not a start-up in the traditional sense - as a spin-off it's less risky in administrative/operational ways
2) healthcare sector - China has a lot of room to improve and this company is in a position to benefit greatly from Chinese people seeking better healthcare - demand is there
3) IT sector - can scale easily across cities in China so growth potential is there
Still might be overpriced. We'll see how it fare tomorrow (hopefully well). Despite being more oversubscribed than China literature, the pre-IPO trading showed gains ending at 12%, which is not great. China Lit was up I think 60% in pre-IPO trading.
What websites / sources should I be reading to get more info on HK IPOs?
